It was time to start a Flicker City fan club. Flicker City is a Resident Evil RP, or guild located in Furcadia, if you don't have Furcadia and would like to be in the RP, go to Furcadia.com. I do not own Flicker City!!

Submitting
This goes for submitting art or stories of your character(s). I haven't thought of this one yet, I'll either have the club fave it, or I could submit it onto this account and give credit where credit is due.

Joining
Standard join: Just send a note to the club or with something showing you want to be in the club, and put our icon with your other clubs . Also, if you are already in the RP please notify what your main character is (Survivor, Umbrella, Monster). Or you can always look for me in Flicker City as Wooley Clark.
